USE ROYALTY FREE MUSIC
All the music from the Stellarphonic Orchestra is royalty free. This means that you can use the music as a sound track to a film, LASER show, radio broadcast, art exhibition, background music in a shop etc. without having to pay royalties to any protection society.
If you are using the music for personal reasons and not making money from your project, you do not even have to register with us. We are only to glad to help!
If our music is helping you in some way, to make money, you will need to become a subscription member of the Stellarphonic Orchestra in order to officially use our music and gain legal access to our ever expanding high quality download archives.
BECOMING A SUBSCRIPTION MEMBER
To become a subscription member, you need to make a yearly donation. You are free to donate as much as you feel is right for your usage, as long as it is above the minimum level of 49 Euros.
Please be aware that you are not allowed to sell the music as a download or as a copied CD. We are the only manufacturer and seller of Stellarphonic Orchestra CDs and DVD's. (That's one of the ways we sustain ourselves and keep our music free!)
You can sell your own product which has our music integrated into it. In other words, you could have a film or a game etc. with the music in it. The idea here, is for us to make money on CD sales whilst opening up all kinds of avenues of exposure for as little cost as possible to the businesses using our music. A win - win situation!
The only requirement beyond the membership, is that you promote our site in your work. For example, if you are making a video and there is a scene where our music is used, we require that you make a mention in the credits at the end of the film, or better still, at the bottom of the screen at the point in the film where the music is playing. (Anyone wanting to put up a video on YouTube.com for example, could do it this way.)
We encourage you, to make beautiful videos using our music and posting them onto YouTube etc. Just make sure that you put the words "Stellarphonic Orchestra" in your keywords and in the credits.
If you are using the music on a telephone hold service or as background music in a resort etc, please have a voice occasionally say - "You are listening to the Stellarphonic Orchestra" in the audio recording. If you would like us to supply you with such a premixed recording, let us know.
No matter what your project is, if you would like us to expose it to the tens of thousands of weekly visitors to our site, send us a link when it is ready and our team will examine it to see if it fits in with our global concept of art or business promotion.
If you are using the music for personal reasons or in a non profit way, you do not have to pay anything. We are only to glad to help! Just make sure you promote our website in some way. If you feel inspired by our music to the point where you wish to support us, you can subscribe as a MEMBER on the form below, make a donation or buy a CD. (Also please tell your friends about us!)
